1. Company

The “2 Year Anniversary Campaign” is offered by hi Financial Limited (“hi”). Throughout these terms, references to “hi”, “we”, “us”, or “our” shall refer to hi Financial and its Affiliates, as applicable.

2. Eligibility

You are only eligible to enter into this Agreement and participate in the program if:

You are not citizen or resident of the USA or British Virgin Islands;
You are at least 18 years of age or of legal age to form  a binding contract (whichever is later);
You are not subject to any financial sanctions imposed by the United Nations, European Unions, any EU country, UK Treasury or US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC); and
You have read, understood and agreed to our Privacy Notice and Cookie Policy.
By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge and confirm that you satisfy all the conditions set out above (“ Eligible User”).

If we later become aware that you are not an Eligible User (“Ineligible User”), we may delete your actions immediately and ban you from using any of our or our Affiliates’ products or services. hi shall not be held liable for any legal or monetary consequences arising from the use of the 2 Year Anniversary Campaign or our services and products by an Ineligible User.

Any Ineligible User shall indemnify and hold harmless hi and its affiliates from any legal or monetary consequences arising from such use.

3. Duration

Campaign commences on Monday 17th April at 19:00 HKT and lasts until Friday 5th May 19:00 HKT.

4. How to enter

To enter this campaign, you will need a hi account.

If you don’t already have a hi account, download the app in the App Store or Google Play Store or visit web.hi.com to sign up. It is free to create a hi account. By submitting your information and creating a hi account, you will be required to agree to the hi terms of service and privacy notice. If you do not agree to the hi terms of service and privacy notice, you cannot create a hi account.

Winners of OG-HILANDER OATs will also win the following:
– Limited Edition hi Team T-shirt (x1)

– 10,000 Flexible HI
– Preferential treatment and rewards in future campaigns.

The hi team will aim to calculate and distribute the prizes within 1 month of competition closing. The hi team reserves the right to publish some, all or none of the competition data during and after the campaign period.

We expressly reserve the right to end at any time, without liability to you to: refuse your request to partake in the 2 Year Anniversary Campaign; reserve the right to change the duration of the 2 Year Anniversary Campaign at any time; Close, suspend, limit, restrict or terminate your access to the 2 Year Anniversary Campaign;

7. Restricted activities

You shall use the 2 Year Anniversary Campaign in good faith and in accordance with these terms. Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you shall not:

(i) violate or breach any terms in these 2 Year Anniversary Campaign T&Cs, the applicable Privacy Notice or Cookies Policy or any applicable laws and regulations in any jurisdiction; 

(ii) provide false, inaccurate, incomplete, out-of-date or misleading information;

(iii) commit, conduct or perform any misrepresentation, fraud, malicious act or criminal activities; (iv) interfere, intercept, or expropriate our network, system, data or information;

(v) transmit or upload any virus, or other malicious software or program; 

(vi) attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts, website, network or systems relating to our services; 

(vii) decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble the 2 Year Anniversary Campaign or any of our programme, system or product; or unduly burdening or hindering the operation and/or functionality of any aspect of the 2 Year Anniversary Campaign.

What is the 2-Year Birthday campaign all about?

The 2-Year Birthday campaign is a celebration of hi’s second anniversary. The goal is to find and reward hi’s most loyal fans by partnering with Galxe to issue 10,000 HILANDER OATs and 10 limited edition Golden OG OATs.

How can I participate in the campaign to claim a HILANDER OAT (Silver)?

To claim a HILANDER OAT (Silver), visit the campaign page on Galxe and complete the required steps. You must complete all the steps to receive an OAT, which you will be able to claim to a wallet you own. Only 1 OAT can be claimed per hi member.

What are the rewards for claiming a HILANDER OAT (Silver)?

250 lucky claimants (drawn at random) will be issued 1,000 Flexible HI, paid to their hi wallet. You will need to have an hi account to be eligible to receive the reward.

By claiming a HILANDER OAT, you become eligible for a chance to be nominated as one of the 10 OGs. 

How do I register for an OG-HILANDER OAT (Golden)?

Keep an eye on hi’s social media channels and hi’s Galxe page for the reveal of a second campaign, where 10 special, limited edition Golden OG OATs will be issued. Register your name, and you’ll be considered for nomination as one of the 10 OGs. Note that only those who claim a HILANDER OAT (Silver) will be eligible for nomination as an OG.

What does an OG-HILANDER OAT entitle me to?

An OG-HILANDER OAT grants you the honor and bragging rights of being a true OG community member and one of hi’s 10 most loyal fans. You’ll also receive a limited edition hi Team T-shirt, a Black Dad Cap from hi, 10,000 Flexible HI, and preferential treatment and rewards in future campaigns.

How can I share my participation on social media?

Share your participation on social media platforms using the hashtag #HILANDERS, and explain why you think you or one of your fellow community members deserves to be nominated as an OG-HILANDER.

How will the OG-HILANDERs be chosen?

The OG-HILANDERs will be chosen based on consultation with hi community leaders after all registrations are complete and the campaign closes.

What is the timeline for the campaign events?

• 17th-26th April: Period for claiming HILANDER OATs (10,000)
• 1st May-5th May: Period for registering for OG OATs (10)
• 10th May: 2-Year Birthday Celebration and Reveal of OG-HILANDERS

Can new members to the hi community participate in the campaign?
