Notice on Temporary Pause of Crypto Services in the United Kingdom Market
In light of recent regulatory developments, hi has made the difficult but necessary decision to pause the availability of our crypto related products and services in the United Kingdom while seeking registration with the FCA.
For Existing Members (UK Residents):
Effective from Oct 8, 2023, 8AM UTC, members who are UK residents will no longer be able to leverage crypto products and services on our platform. However, they can transfer out their crypto holdings to another wallet, or close their crypto positions and retain their fiat currency within our platform.

Residents of the United Kingdom who presently maintain crypto holdings within the platform are required to transfer them out by January 8, 2024.
